Age Restrictions

The imposition of age restrictions is not the responsibility of OXFIVE, but rather the legal directive specifying the age of majority in the relevant geography where OXFIVE may develop operations.

OXFIVE services that respect such restrictions subscribe to the rules of majority, assuming that the user accepts and respects such position, and uses the services of OXFIVE based on this principle, thus demonstrating that you are not under the age required to manage your own Account or OXFIVE services.

If necessary, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use an OXFIVE account. Ask your parent or legal guardian to read these terms with you.

If you are a legal guardian or parent and you allow a child to use OXFIVE services, these terms apply to you, and you are responsible for that child's activities on OXFIVE services.
