1. Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time for OXFIVE products varies between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the customer's region.

Another reason that influences variations in delivery times is compliance and consonance with the chosen method (standard shipping, express shipping, etc.).

Unforeseen events, force majeure or reasons beyond our control, as you wish to call them (strikes, weather, blocked roads, among other accidents, as well as high demand) may impact delivery.

2. Shipping Methods
We are open to the collaborative reception of any other carriers or delivery services in addition to those used in the system, including local deliveries.

We also have free shipping, express shipping or in-person collection options, upon prior contact or appropriate scheduling.

3. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rate is reduced for approximately 90% of products sold by OXFIVE to ensure our customers enjoy a special advantage.. For the approximately 10% of products that require a normal shipping fee, we include other compensatory benefits to ensure the exclusivity of our products, because we believe in the exclusivity of our customers.

As there are additional fees for certain regions, we obviously do not neglect the need to update this document in a timely manner.

4. Order Tracking
OXFIVE customers can track their orders (via the tracking code, provided by email, which can be downloaded via chat on the OXFIVE website).

Tracking is available after the order has been processed/shipped, which can take between 12 and 24 hours.

5. Delivery Problems
If your order is delayed or does not arrive at its destination, please use the operational procedures for lost orders or orders delivered to the wrong address.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The full and absolute responsibility for providing correct and truthful data is the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Providing the correct address facilitates and improves the quality of delivery.

We may consider using additional charges for reshipping in the event of an error in the address provided.

7. Reshipping and Refund Policy
Free reshipping in cases of carrier failure may be considered depending on the reasons that led to an incident of this magnitude.
The Customer must be fully reimbursed if the product is not delivered within the maximum period, established by contractual definitions between OXFIVE and the carrier.
